Prompt 04 of 18, and the hero it wrote

04-hero-block.md
You are writing the hero section of a landing page. Write nothing yet.

First ask me these five questions, one at a time, and wait for each answer:

  1. What does the product do, in one sentence a customer would say?
  2. Who is it for, specifically? Role, company size, what they do all day.
  3. What were they doing before this existed, and what did that cost them?
  4. What is the one action I want from this page?
  5. What proof do I have? Numbers, names, screenshots. "None" is a valid answer.

When I have answered all five, write the hero:

  - A headline under 10 words. Name the outcome, not the category.
Banned: unlock, revolutionise, empower, seamless, "the future of".
  - A subhead of two sentences. The first says what it is.
The second says who it is for.
  - Three bullets. Each is a result the buyer gets, not a feature we built.
  - One button label, four words maximum, starting with a verb.
  - One line of proof under the button. If I said "none", write a
reassurance about risk instead and label it as such.

Then give me two alternate headlines that make the opposite bet:
one plain and specific, one short and bold. Label the bet each one makes.

Use my words from the answers. Do not invent numbers, customers, or claims.

How it works

Three steps, and none of them start with a blank page.

01

Pick the prompt for the job

Every prompt is named for the block it writes. Hero, features, pricing, objections, FAQ, CTA.

02

Paste it and answer five questions

The prompt interviews you before it writes a word. That interview is the part most people skip, and it is why most AI copy sounds like nothing.

03

Ship the draft, then cut it

You get the full block in one pass. Six revision prompts cut the length, sharpen the verbs, and change the tone without starting over.

The product

Landing Page Pack

18 prompts that write a complete landing page, from the hero down to the footer. Each one comes with usage notes and a real example of what it returns.

18 prompts, one per block

Hero, problem, features, how it works, pricing, objections, FAQ, testimonials, final CTA, meta description.

An example output for every prompt

You see exactly what comes back before you buy into it. No guessing what a prompt does.

Usage notes in plain English

What to paste, what to swap, what a good answer looks like, and the failure mode to watch for.

6 revision prompts

Cut by 40%. Make it concrete. Drop the adjectives. Rewrite for a technical buyer. Match a voice sample. Kill the hype.

The positioning interview

One prompt that produces a positioning paragraph. Feed it to the other 17 and the whole page stays consistent.

Free updates when models change

Prompts drift as models update. We re-test and you get the new version at no cost.

Plus two alternates, with the bet each one makes

Stop chasing. Start getting paid.

Short and bold. Sells the feeling, tests worse with skeptical buyers.

Automatic follow-ups for late invoices.

Plain and specific. Sells the mechanism, wins on search.

Before and after

Same model. Different question.

The model is not the problem. What you ask it for is.

Reviews and results

Real results go here. Nothing invented until then.

Promptline is new. Nobody has bought the pack yet, so there are no reviews to show. When someone ships a page with these prompts, this is where their words, their screenshot, and their numbers go. We are not writing fake ones in the meantime.

hello@taprun.co
Which models do these work with?

ChatGPT and Claude, current versions. They also work in most other chat models, but those are the two we test against. When a model changes and a prompt drifts, we re-test it and you get the fixed version free.

What do I actually download?

A folder of Markdown and plain-text files. One file per prompt, each with its usage notes and an example output. No app, no login, no subscription.

Could I not just write these myself?

Yes. These are the versions left after the ones that failed. You are buying the testing and the failure modes we already removed, not the typing.

Can I use the output for client work?

Yes. What you generate is yours, including for paid client projects. You cannot resell the prompt files themselves.

What if it is not useful?

Email us within 14 days and we refund it. We do not ask why, and you keep the files.

One pack. $29. Your next landing page written before lunch.

If the free prompt is useful, the pack is 18 more like it.
